  • Teacher explains how different body parts work together during exercise:
    • Arms help us lift, balance, and swing during movement.
    • Legs help us walk, run, jump, and squat.
    • Lungs supply oxygen for breathing and stamina.

  • Teacher demonstrates simple exercises that show the function of each part:
  1. Arm swings (to loosen arms and shoulders).
