A – Anticipation (Warm-up / Starter)

Lead learners in gentle stretches and running in place
Ask learners to show how they normally run, jump, and throw

B – Building Knowledge (Main Lesson Body)
Time: 25–30 minutes
Demonstrate proper running and walking techniques
Show jumping skills: hopping, skipping, long jumps
Explain throwing techniques with bean bags and light balls
Practical drills: set up a simple obstacle course for running, hopping, and throwing
