Notes – Detailed and Explained:

This week serves to reinforce sprinting and high jump techniques through hands-on activities and friendly competition. Learners gain confidence, apply feedback, and build team spirit. Evaluating their performance helps develop critical thinking and sportsmanship.

Expanded Notes / Instructions:

  • Create inclusive tasks by allowing modifications (e.g., shorter distance or lower bar for some learners).
  • Use timers and visuals to make results transparent and motivational.

Inclusive / Differentiation:

  • Allow alternate participation for learners unable to jump or sprint (e.g., timekeeping, score tracking)
  • Encourage team cheering and moral support for all

Teacher’s Reflection:

  • Did learners apply techniques taught in previous weeks?
  • Were all students actively engaged?
  • What should be improved in future track & field lessons?
