Anticipation (Warm-Up) – 5 minutes:

Ask:

Activity:

  • Light group stretching, deep breathing, followed by seated pair discussions on favorite weekend activities

Definition of Recreation:

  • Recreation refers to activities people engage in during their free time for relaxation, fun, health, or personal development.

Importance of Recreation:

Examples of Recreational Activities:
