Exit slip/quiz: Learners answer: 1. Name one component of physical fitness. 2. Mention one exercise for flexibility. 3. Why is it important to test fitness? Teacher collects slips and provides oral feedback.
Assignment (Expanded):
Learners practice one strength and one flexibility exercise at home and report improvements next class.
