- Begin by explaining: “Conjugation means changing the verb so it matches the person doing the action.”
- Write the infinitive forms on the board:
manger = to eat
• boire = to drink
- Introduce Full Conjugation of Manger and Boire (Present Tense)
Display a conjugation chart for both verbs:
MANGER (to eat)
- Je mange – I eat
- Tu manges – You eat
- Il/Elle mange – He/She eats
- Nous mangeons – We eat
- Vous mangez – You (plural/formal) eat

BOIRE (to drink)
