  1. Introduction & Rules Explanation:
  • Tetherball:
    • Objective: Hit the ball around the pole in one direction until it wraps completely.
    • Rules: Stay on your side, no pulling the rope, use hands only.
    • Scoring: Ball completely wraps around the pole in your direction.
  • Flag/Touch Football:
    • Objective: Move the ball to the opponent’s end zone without being tagged or having your flag pulled.
    • Rules: Use hands to pass, no tackling, follow boundaries.
    • Safety: Keep distance, avoid pushing or rough play.
  1. Demonstration of Techniques:
  • Tetherball: Teacher demonstrates hitting the ball with both hands, aiming for speed and control.
  • Flag/Touch Football: Teacher demonstrates running routes, passing the ball, catching, and safe tagging/pulling of flags.

  • Always maintain space between players.
  • Use soft surfaces or mats if indoors.
  • Avoid rough physical contact.
