  1. Introduction & Explanation of Games:
  • Football End Ball:
    • Objective: Move the ball to the opponent’s end zone using passing, dribbling, or kicking.
    • Rules: Teams work together to advance the ball without violating boundaries.
    • Safety: No pushing, tripping, or rough contact.
  • Manipulative Games:
    • Focus on throwing, catching, and kicking for accuracy and control.
    • Can include passing drills, target throwing, or small-sided games with balls.

  • Throwing & Catching: Teacher demonstrates proper stance, arm motion, and catching technique.
  • Kicking: Teacher demonstrates controlled kicking with the inside of the foot or instep for accuracy.
  • Team Strategy & Coordination: Explain how players must communicate, position themselves, and plan passes to succeed.
