A – Anticipation (Warm-up / Starter)
Time: 5–10 minutes
Discussion: Ask students how being active makes them feel. Warm-up with light jogging and stretching

B – Building Knowledge (Main Lesson Body)
Time: 25–30 minutes
Sub-topics: Importance of regular participation, Positive feelings associated with activity, Practicing skills

Skills Developed:

  • Consistent engagement: Actively taking part in all activities
  • Self-monitoring: Observing and reflecting on personal performance and feelings
  • Skill repetition: Practicing motor skills to improve accuracy, control, and confidence

Examples/Activities:

  • Activity Stations: Set up stations for skipping, dribbling, throwing, catching, or simple team games; learners rotate between stations
  • Reflection Journals: After each station, learners write or draw how the activity made them feel (happy, confident, energetic)
  • Class Sharing: Discuss experiences as a group, asking learners to describe their favorite activity and the feelings associated with it
