B – Building Knowledge (Main Lesson Body)

Sub-topics: Gross Motor Skills and Fine Motor Skills

Gross Motor Skills:

  • Running: Moving the whole body quickly across space
  • Jumping: Pushing off the ground using both feet to lift the body
  • Throwing: Propelling an object using arm and body coordination
  • Catching: Receiving and controlling a thrown object

Fine Motor Skills:

  • Writing: Using hands and fingers to form letters and shapes
