Teacher asks: “What do you know about Prophet Mohammad?” Learners share what they have heard in class or from home. Teacher introduces the topic by explaining that Prophet Mohammad is the last prophet in Islam and a great religious leader.

- Prophet Mohammad (SAW):
He is the final prophet in Islam, known as the Seal of the Prophets. Born in Mecca around 570 AD, he received revelations from Allah (God) through Angel Jibreel (Gabriel).
- Qur’an:
The holy book of Islam, containing the words of Allah as revealed to Prophet Mohammad over a period of 23 years.
- Revelation:
A divine message or communication from Allah to His Prophet.
- Zakat:
A pillar of Islam meaning compulsory giving to the poor and needy — one of the key teachings of Prophet Mohammad.
- Explanations
Early Life of Prophet Mohammad
- Born in Mecca in the Year of the Elephant (around 570 AD).
- Known from a young age as Al-Ameen (The Trustworthy) because of his honest and kind nature.
- Worked as a merchant and was respected for his fairness in business.
Revelation and the Qur’an
- At age 40, while meditating in Cave Hira, Prophet Mohammad received his first revelation from Angel Jibreel.
- These revelations continued for 23 years and make up the Qur’an.
- He was commanded to guide people to worship only Allah, to live good, truthful, and just lives.
