  1. Holiness

Definition: Living a pure, clean, and righteous life that pleases God.

Examples:

  • Avoiding lies and dishonesty
  • Showing kindness to others
  • Praying faithfully
  • Avoiding bad company

  • Companions spreading Islam peacefully through words and deeds

  1. Daily Life Examples

  • Praying openly at school or home
  • Helping the poor and needy in the community

  1. Practical Activities
  • Group Reading:
    • Read Matthew 28:19–20 (The Great Commission) or Qur’an 16:125 on sharing faith.
  • Role-play:
    • One student tells a friend about their faith.
    • Another student demonstrates holiness by refusing to cheat or telling the truth in a difficult situation.

  1. Learners’ Activities (Expanded)
  • Explain witnessing and holiness in their own words.
  • Act out role-plays based on daily life situations.
  • Write short examples of witnessing and holiness they have seen or practiced.

  1. Assessment Checks

Teacher asks:

  • “What does holiness mean?”
  • “Give one example of witnessing in daily life.”

  1. Notes (Expanded & Detailed)

Witnessing involves openly sharing one’s faith through words and lifestyle. Holiness means being set apart for God by living a life that is pure and pleasing to Him. Both witnessing and holiness are essential for spiritual growth and showing God’s love to others.

C – Consolidation (Conclusion & Assessment)
Time: 5–10 minutes
Summary: Witnessing is sharing faith, holiness is living a clean life. Both are necessary for believers to honor God.

Evaluation Method (Expanded):
Exit slip: Write one way you can witness at school and one way you can live in holiness.

Assignment (Expanded):
Write three sentences about how you can live a holy life at home, in school, and in your community.

Follow-up Activity:
Students keep a “Holiness Tracker” noting one holy act per day.

Differentiation / Inclusive Strategies
Visual learners may draw instead of writing examples. Peer support is used for role-plays.
